I just saw a clip of him on "Talk Soup" at a meeting with 2 people from Vivid. They were discussing him doing a straight porn movie for that studio.

Being on "Talk Soup", you can imagine that it was a weird, goofy clip, but I think it answers your question. From that clip, at least, he appears to be quite taken with himself, and quite stupid as well, two fine qualities for a porn star. I've never watched "Gigolos", so don't know how he comes off on that series.
