And these objects because they are works of art?

I read the elaborate process so I know it involves patience if not talent. Read my comment again and see that I am talking about the end result not the process. Let me put my question in another way, why would one desire a painting that’s is exactly the same as a photograph and in fact, is a painting of a photograph and why one would pay sizeable amount of money for it when you can have anyone of the copyist in Dafen reproduce it for a fraction of the cost.

Sold for $110.5 millons

There is no one universal definition of art but there is a general consensous that art is the conscious creation of something bautiful or meaningful using skill and imagination.
But art is subjective, and the definition of art has changed throughout history and in different cultures.
The Jean Basquiat painting that sold for $110.5 millons at Sotheby's auction in May 2017, would no doubt have had trouble finding an audience in Renaissance Italy, or during the French's Impressionism.

Basquiat’s 1982 skull painting “Untitled” for a record-breaking $110.5 million at a Sotheby’s auction

Some Hyper Realistic Artworks 2

For some people it is not art.
So, how should you define talent
