OMG StDs!!

After going through the thread about "hirsuties papillaris genitalis", i decided to investigate many possible illness that can affect the penis. ANd i came across a page listing all the Stds. After going all of them i almost want to remain a virgin. One that scared me the most...besides aids...was gonahrea because it can be deadly!:worried: So the question to the many experienced members is: how many of you have contracted an STd? and those of you that haven't, how did you manage to remain uninfected?

HOWEVER.

I have somehow steered clear of STDs altogether, despite never using protection. I just can't stand condoms, they actually make my skin crawl. However, I would never shag anyone that I would expect to be especially icky down there. I also ensure that I am checked after every single guy I sleep with. So yeah.

sounds like you've been quite luckY! either that or a REALLY good judge of character! however i can't see using condoms being too popular with oral sex...even though there are flavored condoms..

I've never used them in oral, it's lower risk anyway, but always for anything else, just isn't worth the risk, unless you're together with someone for a while and you have to trust eventually, then always worth it. There has been a rare occasion in ther past when I haven't. I put it down to luck that I never caught anything, it can only take the once. I've always been clear after checkups.

You can't live in a bubble and all life is a risk. Just be careful and sensible always!!

If in doubt always get yourself checked, most things can be treated and cleared up if caught early.

Haha, I'm magic obviously! Tbh I really don't know how I've managed to avoid it! I have been lucky, you'd say that double if you knew how many conquests I'd had haha!

Flavoured condoms are crap I think. They barely taste of anything! Flavoured lube is the way forward!!

I could never do the "no condom" thing (not judging anyone, BTW); it's just too much going on out there. Like XMan stated, oral does have a lesser chance of catching an STD (and to add, sucking a cock with a condom bites; no pun intended... and I do choose who I sleep/mess with); but anything further is definitely covered with a condom.

Newage, you can't go through life being scared of everything; if that were so, you wouldn't actually LIVE life. Just be careful and safe about the things you do and you'll be able to fully express yourself right; especially with sex.
