No one's going to get that ripped with that thing for 6 minutes a day! One might get a bit of a core workout if the objective is to try to hold the thing steady as it's shaking. Or is one suppose to be shaking it?
Nothing will get a person that ripped and that low of body fat except eating right, weights, cardio, and heredity.
It does however look like it could take some teeth out, cause a broken nose, and probably an nice shiner. I'll even go so far at to say it will probably cause some tendon injuries in the wrists and shoulders.
Guess I would look at it the same as all those wonderful tools to enlarge your dick. If they truly worked won't we all have 12", and insurance companies would pay for em cause they boost your self esteem, giving you better mental health, and of course satisfying your partner.
