practising posting screengrabs

Trying to upload screen grabs but everything I try seems to fail.I have had help and followed the instructions but the same outcome.I click on insert image and copy and paste the code from the picture host into the dialog box and the above happensAll I see is a red x in a small box!

when you use gayphotosharing, select the code beside this option
"Hotlink for forums"
and just paste it as it is, in your post (without adding your own img tags).
