problem loaing page

can any one help I'm to go to halloweenforum.com but when I do it says
"problem loaing page"
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
I have tried using a different browser that way can get to the page but if i click on anything the same thing comes up what can I do? thanks

I have done that in order to go there I most clean the cookies and the cache some of the time I will be on there there just kicked off if I click on any thing then I must clean the cookies and the cache all over again
