Problems opening and running rar files with 7 zip?

Can someone please give me a step by step run through on how to unrar rar files and also how to join them if needed and how to play them also?

Ive read through a few of the tutorials but its not making sense. 7zip was giving me problems then eventually I realised maybe the files were broken so downloaded another rar file which worked ok but now I can't find anything to play it on confused yet again:angry:

To Un-rar a file highlight it and click on one of the EXTRACT choices.. if you are having problems playing certain clips then I recommend trying the KMPlayer or the VLC Player.. they are both FREE and you can get them, and others here:
