Problems with filesonic

Hi, I dont know wath hapend but cant download any from filesonic since a pair of days. I do click in slow download and the page only returns at the same page: premium or slow download, i do again click in slow download and then the same: returns. Im Baned from filesonic?, because reset mi modem and the same, im the only user in mi home conection and i can download from all sites Hotfile, oron, fileserve etc., mi ip its not dinamic. Somebody can help me? THANK YOU...~X(

This is a quite common problem at Filesonic that people who try downloading are sent back to the beginning in an endless loop. Another also very common problem there, is that you get the error message that you are already downloading a file.

The only advice I can give is to try again later and see if it works.

Thanks Campus but problem stills, its not a proxy failure or firewall, cokies are ok., i have filesonic in trusted sites, mmmm i never have a problem before, try later not works, its not spyware, i think its a network conection problem in ethernet adapter or its directly a problem with ie., maybe the browser. Im gona search some solutions and i share my results but if somebody knows a solution please share with us. THANKS!!! ...:angry:

It's a common problem much discussed here. Many have tried different "solutions" but it seems to work sometimes, for me very rarely either whenever I've tried. Others seem to have no problem, so it might be a geographical thing.

One factor that could make a HUGE difference is your ISP. Some ass-holes of ISPs have stared to implement so-called transparent HTTP proxy servers. This means that without you having any control over it, all your regular web traffic, and that of everyone else on your ISP is being proxied through their proxy server. This lets them cache content and save themselves a small amount of bandwidth at the cost of all the users on the ISP appearing to come from the same IP for all HTTP web traffic. This causes problems on all sites that use IP addresses to distinguish people, like wikipedia and most file sharing sites.

Not really sure what you can do about that other than shout at your ISP very loudly or move to another.

Thank you very mouch Gb2000ie, yep i think the same because since last month i see how some times internet frozen and then i must run ccleaner to clean cokies and register and internet runs ok again but its not a problem with mi pc because this hapend exactly in file sharing sites.

In this case I FIXED the problem changing to Google Chrome Spy Mode and works!!! easy yeahh!!! :thumbs up: i dont know why i like ie :rofl:

I'm relieved to know I'm not the only one having this problem with filesonic. Oron works -- but downloads waits are atrocious, fileserve is about the best but most are using filesonic and oron these days....
