Just because those are your internal metrics and standards doesn't mean you communicate that to end customers.
It's often better to overestimate the time when communicating with end customers, and then deliver faster.
Oh I know and also depends on what package a customer has bought, if they got the basic package then I guess a DR package if any will be small and you put at the end of the pile. A banking or financial institution totally different.
I remember once place we went to do to a DR test, one of the big UK banks had rooms permantly there all on ready for people to move to "just in case"
