Question about downloading streaming video site

Hello,

I'd be grateful for help on how to record streamed videos from a porn site that does not allow for downloads. I understand there are two free tools that are recommended: Video DownloadHelper, and FreeMake Video Downloader. Is one better than the other?

Do these tools work with pay videos sites like F@lc0n, which does not allow downloads but does allow streaming?

If you have any suggestions for someone who is not the most technically up-to-date user, I'll welcome them.

Have you tried Firefox + the Video DownloadHelper addon? I've managed to download lots of streamed media with that over the years (for example when I had a trial account at T1t@n).
