Hey guys,

So I bottom-ed recently. The first time (my first time) went surprisingly well. I prepared extensively with enema and stuff so it was quite enjoyable.

The 2nd time, I got lazy. And also I read somewhere that says having enema too often is bad for you so I only washed out once with very little water. And then I had the worst sex ever. You just feel like shitting the whole time. And shit you do. X_X Ugh, the embarrassment and frustrations... ANd it hurt more. I think maybe bcoz my bum wasn't relaxed as much as I was the 1st time...

So a question to you guys is, do u wash out everytime before anal? Can u bottom w/o enema? If u can't, doesn't that mean there can be no spontaneous anal sex (since u hav to go clean out ur bowels first)?

It's best to have an enema so that you are clean because else things can get messy.
Knowing your clean might make you feel more relaxed as well. It's not just a physical thing I think.

An enema is different from what they call colonic irrigation.
I think that colonic irrigation is/can be very dangerous if you do it a lot. But cleaning the last part of your colon, what most people call an enema, is actually okay. Whit colonic irrigation a lot more water is used. When doing an enema usually one liter at a time is enough for me.

Well, i think having "spontaneous anal sex" depends on your preferences, i mean, if you don't mind having to deal with feces (i've known some guys that have that kind of fetish) it shouldn't be a big problem; but if you are like me, and dislike the idea of having to deal with "such a nasty problem", you'll have to take at least an enema or two first, that way you'll avoid "unpleasant accidents".

Having enemas every once in a while is completely safe, just don't over do it. A liter of water per enema is more than enough imo, just try to contain the water inside your bowels as much as you can. Just use water, there's no need to add soap or anything else, it's safer that way, also, you'll have to consider changing your diet, drink lots of water (goodbye good ol' pepsi), and eat fruits and veggies with high contents of fiber, that way your bowels will be less dirtier and it'll be easier to be perfectly clean for the action to come.

Being a bottom isn't easy, specially if you're obsessed with being totally clean down there, but i think it's worth it.

Enema is necessary. I wouldn't do anal sex without that as bottom neither as top. Someone says that you should make it at least 30 min before sex, cos you wash not only mess, but also natural grease in your anus so your anus wall is more assailable. I personally fuck it. I think when you use lube enought and get it also in the insisde, it's ok.

While you probably won't die if you use tap water, it's probably better to use filtered or even better yet buying a gallon of distilled water which is sterile.

If you want to have spontaneous anal sex, you should just keep note of how often you "go" in a day. If you've already gone to the bathroom, while you won't necessarily be the cleanest when having sex there won't be as much crap to to deal with. If you haven't gone, let the guy know that you need 5 min to "freshen up" sure it's not enough time for an enema but if you can at least make sure the majority of the mess it out of the way.

And just also carry a condom, that way if the top doesn't have to get dirty, he doesn't have to.

Regular consumption of high-fiber foods and a daily fiber supplement will make it easier to tell when your rectum has poo in it or not. Plus, when you do pass feces the stiffer stool will be more completely removed from the rectum, making things much cleaner if you want to be spontaneous.

Every time I want to bottom, which is almost daily, I do a 3 times rinse with tepid water in an enema bottle like Fleet. When I am sure I am clean I pre-lube my ass with a finger full of a silicone lube like Wet Platinum or Gun Oil. That way even the first hard on slides right in.

I have never enema-ed, and I can count on one hand the number of times I've had "problems" in the past 13 years. My movements have always been pretty solid, so it's never been a problem.

BUT, in the past year, I've been having some digestive problems, and I frequently run into soft stool, which has really put a damper on my sex life. It's embarrassing to talk about with my boyfriend. There are over the counter meds you can take for soft stools. It slows down the contractions of the muscles that surround your intestine. That makes the food stay in your intestine longer, and more water is absorbed. I use them as needed with no problem.
The ingrediant on the bottle is loperamide. Mine are the costco brand Kirkland, called anti-diarrheal. That's in the states.

In my humble experience, when you become experienced with bottoming, you start to get a feel for when you're "able" to bottom without there being a mess. If the mood is hot, and you want spontaneous sex, I always think back to when I've used the bathroom last and when I've eaten last, and how it feels.

Even still, I always like to clean out before attempting it. Generally, my partner will watch some porn on the bed and start stroking while I clean up, it only takes a few minutes, but it feels a lot better. Plus, for me, I can relax more knowing that I'm clean, which allows me to enjoy it more. Double bonus!

I absolutely agree with this. It's ANAL sex after all. Stuff might happen. It's how our bodies are, as simple as that.
I'm not advocating scat or anything *shudders*, mind you, just saying, even with all the precautions, there's a chance it might get, uhm, a bit messy.

If someone is that disturbed by it, they should go and jerk off, or fuck a woman.
