Rapidshare not working - anyone else?

Rapidshare links are not working for me. I used to have no problem as a free user and could download any time of the day, but about a month ago I always get this error:

Error
You want to download the following file:
http://rapidshare.com/files/339818634/T_M_7_5_7.WMV | 113681 KB

Unfortunately right now our servers are overloaded and we have no more download slots left for non-members. Of course you can also try again later.

I've tried repeatedly at different times of the day, disconnecting my internet/highspeed modem and even tried direct link sites like http://www.leechdl.com/, but no luck!

I'm not on a router so my IP address is not shared and I'm located in Canada.

Any suggestions or ideas?

I'm afraid the only answers I can give is either "keep trying" or "get a premium account". .. I agree that both options suck, even more so the "get a premium account" as prem. account holders here have complained recently that they are finding slow d/load speeds too. Sorry
