re-upload of profile pictures does not work

:(i had an avatar before the data cluster crash but it was lost according to a post by the mods. i was directed to submit it again but none of my pics are being accepted including the original one i had. i tried a very small avatar of just 11 kb but it too was rejected. what is the problem?

I think this may be a problem caused by the crash. I'm sure if one of the admins see your post, they'll let the tech support know about the problem. :)
