Rings?

If you got married would you do rings? What kind of metal (Gold Sliver Platinum) any stones?

Me I'd prob go simple just plan bands 4mm wide in Platinum with an engraving on the outside that said "Baby Your The Best) Us Bond aficionados will get the meaning.

So what would you do? fancy diamonds Ruby's set in Rose Gold? Spill it haha.

Definetly white gold, with somesort of modern art-noveau pattern. Some simple pattern, nothing too dashy. There could be somekinda black stone/stones to it.

For our wedding I've got custom made ring, 24k gold and our nick name spelled in encrusted sapphire stone just to stay away from the darn diamond that everyone goes for. I wear the "Alex" ring and Alex wears the "Jake" ring and inside the ring there is our graved wedding date which was June 26th 2012.

But to be honest none of us really wear our rings, because I married Alex because I loved him and we do not need a piece of stone to demonstrate it. But if we go for a great outing, only then we are going to wear them. No piece of Intergalactic rock will ever define how much I love my dude... but hey we had to follow the tradition .

I'm uncomfortable with any sort of jewelry... I cannot stand to wear rings, necklaces, or even a watch. I even put my dog tags on a choker so they wouldn't dangle...

About the only exception is earrings. I will wear earrings because they are easy to forget you even have them on.

So I would go with a small, simple white gold engraved hoop...

I chose something like this. Quite nice, not so flashy nor simple too. Its an intertwined wedding ring with lace pattern. Its a titanium so its quite cheap hehe

Or this mysterious black tungsten. I have this, its cheap yet elegant.

I don't know if I ever could wear a wedding-ring. I had several (non wedding) rings, when I was younger but I lost them all because I always take them off and play with them, so I loose them eventually.

If I'd marry, I might have to wear the ring Frodo-style.

I wear a ring even though I'm not married. It's simple, elegant but visible enough to ward away flirting. My man did a good job picking it; thing matches my watch and other accessories.
