Months ago, my boyfriend and I suspected my pet cat was pregnant. Then in June or July she suddenly became incredibly skinny (and there were other things indicative she gave birth). However, it wasn't until today that the kittens started meowing and making noise. They were in a duct under my floor. Pictured is the litter of five with their mom. Link to album containing a few more shots. In a little bit, when they can eat on their own and walk normal I plan to keep one but find homes for the rest since I can't exactly take care of the cat I already had and five more.

Also, now that I think of it, I'm pretty sure I had posted photos on this forum of the mother cat and her sister back in 2013 when they were just a few weeks old (unfortunately, mom cat's sister dissapeared back in February and hasn't been seen since).

Try not to give them away to strangers, I just learned the other day about "bunchers" and class B dealers, people that collect kittens to sell them to labs. This world is evil to its core.

^That just sounds stupid. Why couldn't the labs just breed some cats? Would be quicker and cheaper than scouting out kittens. They'd also be able to breed under controlled cirstances.

Whatever the case, I'll do what I can to make sure the kittens are placed in good homes. Family, friends, and coworkers get first priority btw. If anyone here is in the Atlanta area and wants to come pick up a cat, then I just might have a cat for you, lol.

The ones where breeding is done specifically in the lab in controlled environments are class A dealers, as you mentioned, but there are also the class B dealers that i mentioned, who respond to classified ads and pose as "nice homes for a cat".
