Since "Paddy O'Brien" isn't a real person he can be whatever you want him to be. His job is to entertain you and maybe turn you on, so go ahead and put whatever label on him you want.

If you are curious about the actor that plays Paddy, well I'm afraid he doesn't owe you that information, unless you are planning on dating him. Otherwise you are just someone looking at images of him on the internet which isn't enough of a relationship to warrant discussing complicated human sexuality.
