*sigh* Another Hollywood Great Has Passed

Sadly this morning Bea Arthur passed. She joins Estelle Getty in the after life and oddly enough it is the mother-daughter duo that has left us first. The earth has lost another great person but heaven has gained a wonderful one.

This was very sad news!

I think the Golden Girls was one of the last good shows on Saturday Night.

I love the reruns and now its weird seeing the show.

The Golden Girls was unmissable in its day. Loved it. It's still very funny too.

I think Bea Arthur was older than her "mother" wasn't she? Or at least a similar age (in real life that is )

Total fixture on every Comedy Central roast for the last 10 years too! Just like having a potty-mouthed grandma...COOL!

I will always remember feeling happy watching the Golden Girls. "Dorthy character was like mine growing up. I was always home,reading book,smart and dateless....lol...I feel as I get older I became more of Sofia and Blanch

Thanks "Bea" for making me feel good and bringing me laughter, truly will be missed..
