That one of course is a classic!!!!! There are lot of mixes and stuff but this one is the original

"I'm happy, carefree, I'm gay I was born this way!" I loved how Carl went church near the end of it. Oddly enough he's a bishop at a church. He was always in the church and he is openly gay. That's amazing.

How about these three:
The Beautifully sad: Elton John - Elton's Song lyrics by Tom Robinson

The cynical: Tom Robinson - Glad to be Gay

The hauntingly Beautiful: Sigur Ros - Viorar Vel Til Loftarasa - English subtitles

Please watch this video until the end

It was a nice coincidence. A few minutes ago I want to hear the song "Jesse" from Ivri Lider again (it was my post on the first site of this thread) and for this reason I visited his homepage. But I didn't heard "Jesse". Now you can hear another song (not especially about homosexuality, but about relationships in total). "Mike". Again a song for frisson (of excitement) for me and perhaps for some of you too?! :dancing:

And for some more songs of this musician, there is an official Youtube site:

I know only this song, where the boy sings about his two fathers :)

Holy Sh*T! All the right wing religious nuts in the US would go INSANE if this was an american kid singing this...personally I thought it was kind of nice and heartfelt. The kid is obviously HAPPY - isn't THAT what's most important? Kudos to our German friends for being progressive...

Romanovsky & Phillips

A few favorites of mine from gay duo Romanovsky & Phillips. Some might be a bit dated -- at least musically -- but many of the messages still apply.

What Kind of Self-Respecting Faggot Am I?
* About not fitting into the gay stereotype.

Guilt Trip
* A hilarious and upbeat breakup song.

Homophobia
* A rollicking rant against the subject.

Must've Been Drunk
* Some guys just need to justify...like this.

Don't Use Your Penis (For A Brain)
* Um, kinda self-explanatory.

Straightening up the House
* "Sometimes getting the house ready for Mom & Dad's visit requires
more than a dust rag and some Pledge."

Doug Stevens & the Outband

"Out In The Country" is the first of Doug Stevens & the Outband's recordings. Doug wrote these songs beginning in the fall of 1991 and throughout 1992. They were recorded in March, 1993 at 6/8 Studios in New York City. There are 9 songs written and sung by Doug, and 1 song written and sung by Desiree, the Outband's first guitar player. These are songs about growing up gay in Mississippi and dealing with issues around being gay and HIV positive living in New York City.

"Doug Stevens straddles the fence dividing the traditional sound of Buck Owens and nouveau-pop/country blend of Steve Wariner." - Billboard Magazine

Other gay country singers: Sid Spencer, Mark Weigle, Jeff Miller, and David Alan Mors. (I've met Mark Weigle at a couple of Pride events...not only talented and handsome, but a really nice guy.)
