I think it really comes down to one's personal standards, ethics and boundaries. Maybe you should consider just talking to him about it, next time you guys are having a "talking session" in your hotel (or wherever) try and steer it to something like "I knew I didn't like women/I thought I might like women/woman are sexy but not a turn on.... what about you? You always known you were straight?" Then at least you can find out if he is giving signals, if he says no im 100% str8 then leave it there and if he says something else then at least you know more than you did before.
