stuffit expander mac other options

Okay I can not stand stuffit expander for mac!! Its constantly gives me errors saying it can not expand or always fails to open .rar files. I need another alternative does anyone have any suggestions that is almost as good as winrar but for mac?

Perhaps you don't have the latest. I use the latest version and it has hardly ever failed. It doesn't do one or two formats I use, but Split & Concat does those, so ...

I heard that Zipeg has a lot of problems, upon startup or something.
