I drive for 8-12hrs a day for my job, and I love to listen to music on the radio, but, I find i need a break from that, so I listen to talk radio shows a lot too, and my fav is sports talk shows...Jim Rome, Colin Cowherd...etc etc.

but my all time fav is: Dan Patrick show:);)

do you have a fav Talk Radio Show?

Depending on the time of the day and who is on the channel the radio host or hosts might be more serious or comical. haha

I listen to BBC Radio 4 pretty much as often as possible. It's better than TV.

You can hear it streamed over the net, there is no station like it anywhere in the world. A huge diverse range of programmes.

That's the great thing with the BBC - no bloody commercials :p (here in the UK anyway, BBC World has ads but that's for the overseas market)

I think the radio culture in Germany is far different from the radio culture in the U.S.

Radio talkshows in Germany usually use to be very boring, very cultural or very political... or all in one ^^

Go to the BBC website and try BBC Radio 4 - you'll hear no other station radio like it in the world - it's programmed just like a TV station, and it's not endless phone ins or shock jocks, we still have radio dramas and plays, sensible intelligent documentaries, good current affairs programes, comedy, and a hell of a lot more.

Slim & myself are big fans ;)
