Porno, to me is like a cigarette. It never actually leaves me feeling positive, it just helps me to remove something negative. Actual fulfillment has never been had for me through such a quick fix that my brain shall soon demand more of. I keep plenty around but never look at it for fun; I look at it to remove a very specific nag in my head that would otherwise turn me abnormal.

Solo porn, sometimes leaves me with positive when I'm not horny but instead, I'm in a state of being content which allows me to pull good feelings from the admiration of male beauty.

Beating off is what it is. A momentary pleasure propelled by an urge. It can't be any more than that. The beauty on the screen will give you no emotional satisfaction.

I sometimes watch porn just to watch it, not to use it. Just to admire the boys. But it's still just a moment. I doubt I've ever watched more than 5 minutes of a scene at one time.

That's correct, WRITING. Porn as film is a relatively new thing, even though to most people these days when you say "porn" they assume you are talking about film. Strictly speaking we need another word for naughty films, because the "graphy" part refers to the written word. I laughed out loud recently when I read a reference to some book that was described as "sort of like pornography, but in book form". Well, that's what pornography is - or rather originally was.

I´m sorry, but the case is a lot more complicated !

1. The ancient greek word pornographos (in the plural : pornographoi) seems to have been quite unusual. It occurs in only one ancient text, a book called Deipnosophistae written about 230 C.E. by the greek writer Athenaeus from Naucratis, Egypt.

2. The word pornographos is composed of the noun porne- and the verb -graphein.
The meaning of porne- is simply harlot or prostitute.
But -graphein is a lot more tricky, since it can mean not only writing, but also drawing, painting.

3. Even more tricky is the composition porno-graphein or porno-graphos in itself, since it can be used as both subjective and objective genitive; hence : a book or painting or drawing written or painted or drawn by a prostitute, or a book/painting/drawing about prostitutes.

Please note that I haven´t said one single word about fucking and sucking...!!!
