Times Change

Listening to a radio talk show the other day the man was talking about the Science Museum and the new things they have on show there.It reminded me of my visit there as a schoolboy.The main attraction then was a door that opened when you walked toward it.We all were impressed and kept using it.Sounds quite quaint now but that was the 50's for you.

That reminds me of the 1940 noir movie They Drive By Night when the woman who did the murder sees an automatic door opening and closing, opening and closing by itself, and it totaly freaks her out. Today they are on every shop door and we dont even notice them.
