Trying to remember name of movie

Sorry for making a topic just for this (after its been answered, mods feel free to either lock or delete the topic) but this has been really bothering me for a while. I cant remember the name of this certain movie that I liked.

[WARNING.....MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!]



Its about this man that is held hostage, and tortured. By the looks of the people (and the way they talk) they are Indian. Well, after a bit of torture, and what not, they finally kill the guy. Then you find out that it was actually his own government (U.S.) that did this (because the last scene is the "fake" Indian people exiting the building, and the statue of liberty is behind them.)

The only problem is that I cant remember the name of any of the actors in the movie, so I cant look it up. If anyone remembers the name of the movie, that would be a big help.
