Twinks?

I hate to complain but I think some folks need to be reminded what the strict definition of twink is:

'Twink or twinkie is a gay slang term describing a young or young-looking gay man (usually white and in his late teens or early twenties) with a slender build, little or no body hair, and no facial hair.'

I've just noticed that there are a lot of thread labled as 'twink' and I can't imagine the models in the vids fit that definition.

I think part of the problem is some people consider "twink" a subjective name like "cute" - if you call someone cute it doesn't mean everyone else will think they are cute, right?

But "twink" isn't subjective, it's a clear definition, so it's not like I can call one person a twink and someone else can disagree, a person either is a twink or isn't.

Well lets not get too hung up on labels..twink/hunk/bear/latin/etc.etc...We insist on all vid clips having either screencaps or a photo as a mimimum requirement. That way members should get a good enough idea as to whether they wish to spend the time downloading.

If the guy or guys are not to your taste then move on, there are currently over 11,200 clips posted in this section alone,and over 1,200 gay photo sets so there should be something there to get your juices flowing.

And please bear in mind that posters, depending on their internet connection speed, have spent maybe 2 or 3 hours or even more, up-loading the clips, making and labelling the screencaps etc to post a 25 - 30 minute clip...just so that they can share them with YOU.

Oh no I didn't mean to suggest I'm not gracious for the time and effort; I am.

However, if you're going to dedicate (possibly) hours to a contribution, why not spend the extra 2 minutes to label it correctly? Not seeking perfection here, just wondering why it's even worth it to the uploader (if you mislabel it, it's like wasting all that time spent uploading because the wrong audience will be checking out the post...when they see screencaps they'll reject it if it's not their thing, and then the people who might actually want it won't see it because of the title)
