Could you reduce the time one has to wait to send PMs for users with rank member and up? 300 seconds waiting time to reply makes me almost not want to reply to the messages I get, lol.

Also, most of the file hosts listed when one makes a new thread are now defunct. Maybe you should change the list or remove that feature completely.
