Mediafire is our most recommended file host, because it is very stable and you can download several files in parallel as a free user.
This tutorial lays out the basic steps needed to upload a video, using your free Mediafire account:
We recommend that you create a free account to enjoy more Mediafire features, but you can upload a video without one.
Log into your free media fire account, which will default you to the My Files page. And then click
Upload to this folder
(note that you can also choose to create folders to better organize your files)
Then click
Then select your files. You can select more than one by holding down the control key. Then click
Open
Once you have selected all your files, click
Begin Loading Files
You will be able to monitor the progress of your uploads
Once it is finished, you can choose to copy the link and paste into your post right away. Or you can choose to Return to Files and copy the links later.
To copy the links now, click
Copy Link
And then simply paste the links into your post (see section on Creating New Post)
Otherwise, simply click
Return to My Files
Then any time you log in, you can simply mouse over your file and click Copy.
