This is one of those songs that no matter how happy you are, what kind of great mood you're in... it will drag you into it's melancholy tone and it's that reason alone why I truly love this song... I remember hearing it years ago and thinking how unbelievably sad the singer sounded. It's a rare talent when an artist can bring you into their world this way... not to mention it's got a nice throwback vibe to R&B artists of yesteryear.
