I hope i get a new neughbour in 2013 because this one has been bugging me for 5years now now. He calls me names, he spies on me, he terrorizes me.And the police cant do a thing. I don't have a social life anymore because of him,
hell i don't even have a sex life because of him.

so please good Lord, give me a new and goodlooking neighbour this time,thats all i ask this year and the next.

Well I don't know where you live, but here in Canada we call that defamatory labeling and it is punishable by law. The dude keep on harassing you, calling you all sort of derogatory names and if you want it to stop just get as more proof as you can (using a Dictaphone per example) bring the recording to the cops and file an official complaint... but never give in calling him names yourself, let him dig his own grave

If you do well you'll get a court order defending him from entering in any sort of contact with you and if he brakes that court order the next place he'll be sleeping is in jail for three months and a brand new shining criminal record that would last for 7 years. When people are incorrigible take the law on your side, you said cops can't do anything; WRONG cops can do whatever the fuck they want you just need tangible proof that the guy have been harassing you nonstop.

Alex and I used to have this kind of abusive neighbor, each time Alex would go out he would shout gay insults at him, never at me because he knew that when I'll get enough I'd fucking brake his leg, but my baby is very non violent and he's not good at insulting people (I am a master)... So I've staged the whole thing to get the fucker arrested and trust me he's not bothering my babe anymore, in fact he had to apologize publicly to Alex and he was sentence to give community time in a gay facility. I believed he learned something those three months.

I'm only affraid that your wish that he would go out, won't come true, probably. Cos he is asocial alcoholic ruin, that accomodation is cheap, only one neighbor can't do anything aginst his behavior and like bonus is perfect target for some slur in boring free time...

Really not the greatest advice... now that he confirm he leaves in Belgium, skinheads over there are violent hateful and very annoying... and responding with wits won't do much... the best is to move away... if no judge would agree to do something mostly when two people went to court against him, there's not much left to do... stage a massive beating which may cost over 2000 Euros, Continue a miserable and stressful living, or moving away.

Responding to violence by violence doesn't solve anything, if anything it will make it worst. I have dealt with skinhead before and believe me they are numerous, confused and violent... the only way I was able to make them understand that I had enough is the day I pick down my Katana in in the biggest guy's shoe and promise to kill him next time... do you know what he did? He sued my family LOL - sure he won he had a foot pierced with a Japanese weapon (but I also did scare the shit out of him and others who were impressed by his size understood that I wasn't, they won't come for me and they never did). Cops needs tangible proof of harassment and the best would be to have someone filming and witnessing what he does (secretly of course)... with such proof cops have no choice than to act. Your tax pays their salary.
