I was reading the rules of a torrent site for the first time (I've been a member for 8 years :blushing: :blushing: ) I noticed this.

Don't be afraid to say NO! (a.k.a. "Helshad's rule".)

But when I google it, I get a handful of russian and swedish sites that I can't read. Does anyone know what and who this rule refers to?
