The long days. The windows open at the house.
The boys walking around, not in hats and gloves and parkas, but shorts and tank tops.
And me not cooped up, but out and about.
Going to the beach or the mountains are great ( and both are near enough). But I don't need to go anywhere. There's plenty I can walk to. I can ride my bike along the river ( and play chicken with the Canadian Geese in the bike path.) I can sit in my new rocking chair on my porch and watch the world go by, with a glass of cold bubbly cava!

The college boys renting themselves out for landscaping (of lawn).
Let's see..........
Baseball, grilling my dinner outdoors, inviting friends over to swim (I'm lucky enough to have a pool in my backyard!), people watching, going to the park, soaking up the sun, walking my dogs, driving with the windows down, fireworks on the 4th of July.........

My next door neighbor is a beautiful, built young man. Strait, married, very nice. And apparently oblivious to his beauty.
He walks the dog a few times a day. As the temp goes up, his clothes come off. He was walking Layla the dog the other day in flip flops, and gym shorts.
I made sure he stopped...so I could pat Layla, of course.

Being naked at the beach.
Really fresh local corn and peaches will be arriving mid-July. Then in August real tomatoes and melons. The half naked men are a nice addition but are seldom on the menu (I'm a senior citizen). Other than the food, I really hate summer. It's very hot and humid here (New England) and I pray for mid-September when it usually cools down. We generally wear shorts until early November.
Howard and I live a few miles apart. I don't mind the heat as he does. We both love the half naked boys.
I was at the gym today. Watertown boy with his girlfriend. He's been at the gym for a while. A cute, awkward boy.
He's blossomed into this beautiful, buff, sexy guy!. I had to move to another area of the gym. I don't want to be the old creepy staring guy.
Hang out at the Arsenal at the Charles, Howard. The boys are a thing of beauty.

you can also get a hot guy!
Follow these steps and you, too, can impress at the beach.
1. Walk like a movie star.
2. Get the beachy "look".
3. It's hard to go wrong with a great shape and sun-kissed skin in the summer, but you've got to be happy with who you are!
4. Establish eye contact.
5. If you spot a prospective target throwing a ball with his friends, arrange yourself casually in the direction of the group or individual.
6. The most important thing is to seem open and friendly.
7. Once you've been talking for a while, ask him if he would add sun cream to your back. This is a classic way to get the guy to break the "touch barrier" and can lead to better things.
