Aww :hug: I'm sorry to hear that it's raining over there where you live right now my dear friend RefixnarcisM:heart: , Aww I hope you are going to be alright:worried: :big hug: cause i don't want anything bad to happen to you at all and i don't want you to get sick with the cold/flu at all, take extra care of yourself and be safe dear:heart: and Aww you are so lucky your weekend starts today, I hope you try to have a great time & a long weekend there :hug: our long weekend which is ( Australia Day ) is on Monday (Next week) due to because its originally on this Saturday but since weekends don't count for public holidays they gave the whole country a day off on Monday instead.

I had some routinely medical and sportmedical checkups: everything is o.k. so i can go after work in about half an hour for my regularly six miles run with my faithful four-feeted companion and a very good friend of mine, who joins me sometimes for my runs. It begins snowing again, about 1°C, really ideal running weather..........nightly mood, fresh air while snowing....
