Today's been pretty dull. I'm doing some studying right now, in a few hours I'm going to work. The only good thing about today was a beautiful dream I had about this guy I'm crazy about. That made me happy for at least a while.
My crazy tenants are gone. This was their last day...and they left.
And they didn't trash the apartment. They left me with issues and junk, but nothing a little tlc and sweat (and $$$) can't solve.
It'll be up and rentable in a month or so, at a good rate.
Maybe I can start sleeping at night.

I have something to be very happy about today.
My sister had exploratory surgery on her abdomen today. The surgeon found a small growth on her small intestine. She removed the growth without any complications. We'll have to wait for the pathology report but she said it's probably scar tissue from a previous surgery.
Laproscopic surgery is really amazing. I remember how surgery was not so long ago. Large incisions prone to infection and scarring.
I'm thankful my sister will not have the pain she's suffered for a few weeks now. She already looks better.
So I am happy

Well after several weeks of anguish and appointments with various doctors and consultants for tests, scans, blood tests etc I got the news I was hoping for... my lumps/swellings are non-cancerous!!!! :thumbs up: It turns out to be a cyst and some fatty-tissue.
No chemo, no surgery.... no problem
I might just have an expensive bottle of something this weekend to celebrate:cheers: :cheers:

Get my car back from repair this evening. I had a damage from driving backwards....overlooked an iron girder... my car is very unclear to drive backwards... now they have build in a reversing aid lol...:thumbs up:

One of my acquaintance got a better job
There's a Brazilian painting and construction crew working on my house.
They're fit; they're really nice. A number of them are smoking hot.
They're almost done with the outside, so we had a Brazilian barbeque. Great food, lots of fun.
Tomorrow is the annual Allston Brighton parade. Marching bands and everything. It goes right by my street. I'm having another cookout after that. First time the family has been back to the homestead in many years.
I've hired one of the Brazilian boys to be the chef. It should be great.
