I think I overdo it.
Im 180, 3 months ago I was like 74kg with a bunch of fat in my stomach. But mostly because of bad cholesterol rate in my blood. And now I was like 64kg (twink LOL).
Just doing cycling to go to work, weightlifting everywhere (got a dumble below my desk), sit up every morning and night, and this is the hardest thing. Diet (Boooo!!) yeah I know, that the hardest part.
Now I want to gain mass but dont want to loose this 'slightly' six pack of mine and keep my cholesterol at the safe rate.
Jogging two or three times a week, three times a week to the gym, hiking with my dog......, there is movement enough for me, but I need it also
I'm 1.80 meters, once I was near 85 kg-----endurance sports (fat burning), little diet (eat all, but only half of it), no athletic sports-----63 kg---, but this was definitely too little for me----then endurance sports parallel with athletic sports and little protein diet to gain wight in form of muscles, now actually 74 kg....., feeling good. Body fat percentage actually 12 % (Calipometrie)....
But always make a training break of one day for each muscle group, because while you work out you produce the stimulus for your muscles to grow, but they grow during the resting stage, so pls don't overdo it......
