Anytime from 2.30am to 7.30am Depends when I fell asleep and how much I've needed, which is anything from 4 to 6 hours, but rarely go back to sleep again, always get up the moment I'm awake.

For many years I slept about 5 hours a night. Got up at 05.00 in the morning. But I am retired now, so there is no need to get up so early. But my body is still used to that rhythm. So sometimes I wake up at 04.00 or so. Make a crossword, listen to the radio and go asleep again. Wonderful.
