On weekdays (I work Monday through Friday), I rise at about 5:00AM.
On weekends I enjoy waking up to the alarm at the same time, but I shut off the alarm and go back to bed and fall asleep again. I used to think I wasn't at all a morning person, but then I discovered that the problem was that I just stayed up
way too late!
Now I go to bed around 9:30PM most of the time, and sleep very pleasantly and don't mind getting up early.
