I love you boys who cook. But it's not my life. Fulltime job, long commute.
I get home tonight. I decide on Bertolli shrimp, asparagus, penne. A frozen package with everything, including a creamy red sauce.
I add some frozen shrimp. Big shrimp I keep in my freezer.
I then go on my back porch...to my herbs, which are growing like crazy. The cilantro is
shooting up like mad, so I cut some and throw them in.
I pour a glass of pinot grigio.
I sit on my porch and have my supper as the sun descends.
