I definitely think part 1 was better. But I still think part 2 is good ;)

Thanks for the review - I'll report back after I get around to watching.

So last nights was:

It was ok I guess - I liked keeping an eye out for Spielberg "drop-ins" King Kong, the DeLorean; gremlins; Iron Giant; T.Rex; Christine; the Pod from 2001; The Shining references etc..... I kept hoping to spot a great white shark but either I missed it or they never managed to work it into the plot

"The Gay Divorcee". Not that kind of movie, a Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers movie from 1934. DVR'd it from TCM (a network that shows classic movies in the US).

IT Chapter 2, and Rocketman. IT was ok, but not as good as the previous one. Rocketman was excellent.

I wasn't really bothered about this when it was released thinking it would be a not that interesting/based on a true story movie about a newspaper investigation……

Wrong, wrong, wrong! It is superb, a powerful story very well told with a great cast inc. Michael Keaton; Rachel Adams; Mark Ruffalo; Live Schreiber; John Slattery and Stanley Tucci

Highly recommended - if (like me) you gave it a miss then go and grab a copy.
