Julie Andrews in "Duet For One," as a virtuoso violinist felled by multiple sclerosis, with Alan Bates, Max vonSydow, and early Rupert Everett and Liam Neeson
I even just bought it on VHS because nobody has it to sell on DVD, and its so good Andrews should have been Oscar nominated.
