So it's time for another Scandi-noir series, yes I know some will argue that Denmark is not officially part of scandinavia but hey....
I had planned to try the 1st episode this evening and check it out. What can I say - I watched the 2nd and 3rd too!
As the IMDB site says "In a small town five people join forces and plan the perfect murder of the local town psycho only to realize that once you start playing God, it's easy to end up as the Devil."
It's a dark gripping psychological thriller and I'm hooked

I just finished the Great, on Hulu. It is about Catherine the Great of Russia. The show promotes itself as an "Occasionally True Story." So it sort of takes from history, but not much. It is riddled with modern jargon and cussing (fuck is said almost every other breath). But, once you accept it isn't trying to be historically accurate, it is fun.
