Well Heres mine. :p

Thalassophobia- Fear of the sea.
Entomophobia- Fear of insects.
Phasmophobia- Fear of ghosts.
Necrophobia- Fear of death or dead things.
Virginitiphobia- Fear of rape.
Trypanophobia- Fear of injections.
Nosocomephobia- Fear of hospitals.
Selachophobia- Fear of sharks.
Acrophobia- Fear of heights.
Hemophobia or Hemaphobia or Hematophobia- Fear of blood.
Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia- Fear of the number 666.

What no fear of milk?

I have some odd ones, my fears are common, it's just that I only have the fear in certain situations..

I fear heights, but not if I have a rail or something to hold on to, and I have no problem skydiving. I cannot however stand on the edge of anything high up without anexiety, or even go up an open flight of stairs without a railing.

I have a fear of open water, I can swim or go sailing as long as land is visable, but get me out in open water with no land in sight and I freak. No one ever told me Marines travel by boat, that was fun...

I have a fear of needles, but just hypodermics, tattoo and piercing needles I have no problem with. When I worked as an ambulance driver the trainers used me to train the noobs on dealing with a combative patient...

Confronting your phobias helps reduce them.

I think what most regard as a phobia is just basic nervousness being outside your comfort zone. A real phobia sends you rigid with panic.
I was like that with dogs, most don't worry me all that much now, but some, like Alsations (german shepherds), still cause me to totally freeze, even though I tell myself not to it's just something I can't help.

That's some list Sephiroth, I only have needles and big spiders, but you want to hope you're never in a ocean-side clifftop cockroach-ridden hospital's mortuary waiting for an injection following a particularly bloody shark attack.....

I definitely am afraid of heights...enough that even if I watch tv or a movie I get anxious if a scene is near to or overlooking a ledge, cliff or something like that. Fortunately it doesnt prevent me from finding myself in those situations although the anxiety is pretty intense. Im also afraid of answering the telephone...strange but Im sure I know why.

without a doubt, it's public speaking. oddly enough, i got A's in all of the speech classes i've had to take, with the professors even telling me i have an excellent speaking voice.

Everybody feels nervous public speaking, even the most extrovert. I'm a long way from shy these days, but I've learned how to handle the way to do this, simply really by doing it, and also never taking myself too seriously, if I fluff something make a joke, and also keeping the thought that "half of this lot couldn't do it any better"!

Yes it's a very nerve wracking thing to do and you do need confidence, but as long as you know what you're talking about you're most of the way there :)
