I love BBQ meat. If it was once alive i'll cook it to death!
lol
My favorite is BBQ beef, slowly charcoal broiled for a very long time

Mmm. Spicy jambalaya with jalapenos and a ton of cayenne, topped off with a healthy dose of peaty single-malt Scotch.

I'm not a big seafood eater, but some of my friend are, I don't know how comfortable I feel about making something that I don't really care for.

It's not very exciting, but my speciality is good wholesome traditional food. I do great Rosemary & Dill fried salmon, and lovely rosemary and thyme fried lamb chops.

I'm good at doing my signature dish, 400g mince meat + grill spice lol. Oh and tortilla + tuna + spices and straight into the oven. No wonder no one ever compliments my skills as a cook :D
