Where are tags?

Can anyone show me where tags are? I've searched everywhere. I've read the following too but still can't find tags anywhere:

Tags are displayed in a box near the bottom of a thread page. Clicking on a tag will allow you to view other threads that have the same tag - and which may be related. Clicking on the word 'Tags' in the top of the box will take you to an overview page with a 'tag cloud.'​

As far as I know, this forum does not have tags.

Please bear with me - I claim age and faltering memory as excuses just in case. I have an iMac, utterly up to date SW wise. I use Safari normally, but also tried Firefox just in case.

I see no such box. Anywhere. I see the word Tags nowhere at all. Is it supposed to be near the Posting Rules box? Below the blue bar at the bottom of the page? In it? Next to the Post Quick Reply and Go Advanced buttons? Where?

Since I'm aboard, this function is disabled. So if ya search for twinks, infix "twinks" into the search-field. If ya need bareback, take that. etc. It's that easy.
