Hey Sweets, I have an Acer Aspire too..but mine is the 1691..but I wanna up to the 6930 with the 3gb RAM and 1gb dedicated NVIDIA graphics and 16" screen, just need to get the (too much) cash together. I wouldn't want to pick out anyone as my BEST friend 'cos that would be unfair to the others. Mind you if anybody gave me the cash for the Aspire then they would be it. Soooo shallow

My best friends are not necessarily the people I hang out with the most with, it's quality over quantity. I would consider two guys my best friends, Daniel (straight) and Stefke (queer), who both live four hours away from me so I can only visit them a few times a year nowadays, but every time I see one of them it's always as if just a day has passed since our last meeting.

I have several good friends, but my closest I've had for over 25 years! Oddly my closest friends I don't get to see too often these days having moved quite a distance away, but we chat regularly and, as raisinboy says, it's like no time has passed when we do meet up.

I have two best friends.

First a girl I know for about 20 years and got best friends with about 15 years ago. We don't see, write and hear each other that often but that doesn't mean that we don't care about each other. I know she's always there for me and I would do anything for her that she is fine. No matter what.

My second best friend is my 'little neighbour'. That's how I always always call him. He has a heart of gold and the girl who will get him in the future is a lucky bitch!

Well it exists in a lot of ways. I'm not sure whether it's nature or nurture though. It could be based upon growing up together that has caused us to be so close that we know what the other is thinking and when we piss each other off we can't stay angry with each other longer than about 5 or 10 minutes. We've had weird experiences too where we've tried new things and found out we're both really big fans of them and he was actually in love with a guy from this picture he saw somewhere online that happened to be a friend of mine. X_X That was embarrassing and that's that he was half a world away in Korea while I'm in Texas. He's not out so it's all really weird.

Just to digress slightly - yes it does exist. One of my uncles had a twin sister. When he died some years ago she was in terrible pain at the same time. The pain disappeared the moment he had died. They were not in the same place together either.

So yes, there is often some connection.
