indeed...rm/rmvb is the best format video...
the quality is good and size so small......
please be usual to convert video to rmvb or mkv....

unfortanlly i saw that not much have downloaded my rm movies so im useing my upload speed for other uploads like the hypno stuff and hbwl

i've never had problems with rm files, so mine answer is yes :).
