Some might be deduction, most seems to me just guessing.

Deduction: If you are European (yes, that's a nationality!!!) and you aren't Jewish or a Muslim the odds that you are cut are pretty small.

Do all americans cut their boys? In sweden, and most of europe i'd assume, we only cut for religious reasons. Of all my friends, only the muslims are cut.

in Germany guys are mostly cirsized for religious reason or quite often hygiene or phimosis...

but in this list there is Colin Ferrel... hasn't he leaked a sex video? he was def cut in my opinion...

Not all, but from the 50's until the 80's is was common practice. People believed that it promoted hygiene and reduced cancer risk. I think it was just a way for the medical industry to pad the bill...

Since the 90's there's been a movement to keep the boys intact and fewer parents opt for the procedure every year. Some groups have even tried to outlaw unnecessary circisions as child abuse, but "freedom of religion" laws prevent enactment of such laws. Which is funny since female circision is illegal in the U.S. What's even more bizarre, is that in ultra-orthodox Jewish circision rituals the rabbi sucks the blood from the baby's penis after he's cut. In any other cirstance this would be child molestation, but it's religious... So it's all kosher... Even though there have been several babies infected with herpes recently during these rituals...

No. It's not only religion, you know. I know a lot of guys who are cut. And they are not muslim or jewish. Sometimes for medical reasons, sometimes just the parents wanted it.

Here where I live only muslims or Jewish are cut.
In Europe, the Christian faith does not approve circision

And this is first time I heard that parents who are not muslim or jewish circise the childrens in Europe.

In Europe circision is very, very rare. It is something that doctors here do not recommend.

Exceptions are only those that have to be circised for medical reasons. But this is rare. And it is not a full circision, only partial.

If they are cut, they are not originally from Germany ( and probably from Europe ). They are just moved there like you.
Or they are just Muslims or Jews, but you do not know that.

I do not know any german that is not Muslims or Jews, but despite that cut.

In Europe cut males are strange for us, the same way as uncut males are in SAD.
Also, Germany is full of Bosnians and Albanians. Bosnians and Albanians are muslims, but they are Caucasian ( many of them are blond with green or blue eyes ).

Also they are not hard core muslims. They are liberal. So you will not be able to know their religion status without asking.

As for Germany. According to official data.
10.9% of male population is cut ( most of them are muslims ).

And Islam is second most numerous religion in Germany. Immigrants from Bosnia, Albania, Asia, and Africa.

Countries in Europe with the most circised men are Albania, Kosovo and Bosnia ( Islam is dominant or major religion in these countries ).
