One piece of advice. Lose the cig. Everything that you did to get that hot body, you're undoing with that poison stick. Just a little advice for all of you hot guys, and all of you precious gay men, it doesn't make you look cool, at least not to this doc's eyes. His outside looks great, but his lungs are black and it will prematurely age his skin, the worst thing a gay man can do to himself, if he wants to stay young looking. I just want all of you to live long, healthy lives, especially after all that we've had to endure, to come out on the other side of AIDS. I speak from personal experience.
