Automatic Image Re-sizing broken?

Until recently when ever someone uncluded an image in a post that was too big to fit, the site would automatically scale it so it wouldn't bust the layout and make people have to scroll over and back to read people's posts.

I really loved that feature, but it seems to be gone.

Is it just me? Was it removed intentionally? Or is it a big?

I suspect this is a sympton of our tech problems, it seemed to start around the same time.

Hopefully all will be cleared up in the next couple of days .
