The top bods at one of the world's largest toy makers will be reaching into PR overdrive after dildo looking toys emerged on social media this week.
Play-Doh’s Sweet Shoppe Cake Mountain Playset surprised many families this christmas because it contained a piece which looked so irrefutably like a dildo. Hasbro, the company behind Play-Doh, took a low key response to righting the issue, only offering to replace the penis looking appendage. All might have gone unnoticed however the toy continued to be sold, and many parents were upset by the toy on Christmas morning.
Many unhappy customers took to social media to complain that their Christmases had been ruined, which has meant that Play D'oh's low key response hasn't kept the toy out of the media.
Play D'oh has been in circulation since the 1950s.
