Not sure where your facts are coming from, but they're not true. Herpes Simplex is a virus transmitted by physical contact, Hepatitis is similar. Now if a carrier of either of those infections sneezed directly on an open wound, I could see a vectoring of those diseases. NOT however by a basic sneeze in the air.
